Section 7010, as redesignated and amended by section 7001 of this

Act, <<NOTE: 20 USC 7710.>> is further amended--

(1) in subsection (c)--

(A) in paragraph (1), in the paragraph heading, by

striking ``8003(a)(1)'' and inserting ``7003(a)(1)'';

(B) in paragraph (2)(D), by striking ``section

8009(b)'' and inserting ``section 7009(b)''; and

(2) in subsection (d)(2), by striking ``section 8014'' and

inserting ``section 7014''.
